Conditions for the Au-Pair

G.A.S.T AGENCY PAYMENT FOR THE AU-PAIR

Arrangements for the United States (only for German citizens):

G.A.S.T charges a handling fee of € 45, -- after the receipt of the “Fragebogen für Au-Pair/Nanny” or the “Au-Pair/Nanny Questionnaire” plus V.A.T. (according to Germany law)

G.A.S.T charges a commission of € 80, -- after the successful settlement plus V.A.T. (according to Germany law)

G.A.S.T charges a SEVIS fee of USD 35, -- (daily rate) after the successful settlement G.A.S.T charges a Programme fee of USD 200, -- (daily rate) after the successful settlement

Arrangements for the European Countries:

G.A.S.T charges a handling fee of € 45, -- after the receipt of the “Fragebogen für Au-Pair/Nanny” or the “Au-Pair/Nanny Questionnaire” plus V.A.T. (according to Germany law)

G.A.S.T charges a commission of € 80, -- after the successful settlement plus V.A.T. (according to Germany law)

There will be no fees for applicants from abroad to Germany.

Vacation
The Au-Pair is entitled to 4 weeks of paid vacation per year.
Saturday is often considered to be a working day. (Only valid for Germany)

Duration of the stay
4 - 12 month for Au-Pairs who need a visa.

Recommendations
Host-Families like to have recommendations (school, teacher, other experencies etc.)

Traveller Passport
The traveller passport has to be valid one year after the return.
